Þ    Current User: 

o       Clik on Internet Banking:

§          Username:  Account number

§          Verify: Passmark image and phrase

§         Password: Current Password used in Active Website.

Þ    Enhanced Security: The first time you logon, system will prompt you to change your password.

o       New Password: 

  §         Must be 6 characters long

  §         Must have at least one number character

o       Recommendation: 

    §         Do not use personal information as your password

                ·        Social Security Number, Birthday, Phone Number, etc

o  Select or upload Passmark Image

o  Enter your Passmark phrase

o  Select challenge questions and enter answers

o  Select either Register this computer or Do not register this computer

   Note:  Do not register the computer if other people have access to it.

      o  Confirm enrollment

Þ    New User:  Please call the credit union at 361-595-5538  or 877-595-5538 to set up temporary password during regular business hours

o       Username: Account Number

o       Password:  A temporary Password will be issued by the credit union, member will be prompt to change password the first time you log on

·         Don’t worry call us and we will reissue a PW
