In 1998, your credit union board of directors elected to price your loan rate using a simple approach. The board felt that besides your credit history and score, existing loan and deposit relationship and greater product usage by you our member will be a factor in calculating the loan rate. To that end, since 1998, your credit union has been providing lower loan rates to our members who have share drafts(checking), share draft with no NSF's, share accounts and term share certificates with incremental balance, IRA accounts, loans that remain current monthly, credit card accounts promptly paid on time, and direct deposit. Specific basis point are assigned to each catagory and the rate is reduced accordingly. We are proud to continue to offer this opportunity to the membership.
